Brent Jensen
Vice President of New Member Services
As Agel's first corporate employee, Brent has helped to build the company at every level. Areas of contribution include international, sales, Geldocs, retention, new members, global customer service, and training in the Agel 10-step system. He is now devoted to developing systems that exponentially improve team members success. Brent is a seasoned professional with 18 years experience in multiple industries, from insurance to high tech, but his passion is definitely network marketing.
Brent's other passions include spending time with his wife, Suzette, and their four children at their cabin on Bear Lake and carving up the mountains on his snowboard.
Gordon Fralick
Vice President — Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance
Gordon Fralick has worked with safety and regulatory compliance in the food and supplement industries for over 12 years. He began his career as a microbiologist and chemist for TwinLab (Nature's Herbs). He has since overseen federal and international regulatory compliance at Twin Lab (Nature's Herbs), Pharmanex (NuSkin), USANA (Wasatch Product Development, Inc.) and Agel Enterprises.
Gordon keeps fit and loves nothing more than long mountain journeys on his bike. He reads everything, plays guitar, and hangs out with his wife and four children.
Jeff Aldous
General Counsel
Jeff Aldous has 19 years experience handling trademark, copyright, product claims, and other intellectual property issues. He began his career clerking for the Honorable Judge George Arceneaux, Jr., of the U.S. District Court in Louisiana. He has been an associate at Trask, Britt & Rossa and legal counsel for NuSkin International, where he was tasked with managing government regulation of NuSkin's pharmaceutical and dietary products. He was a partner at Leefe, Gibbs, Sullivan, Dupre & Aldous in Provo, Utah, prior to joining Agel.
Jeff's hobbies include travel, cooking, sports, and spending time with his wife and four children.
Toby Norton
Vice President of Marketing
Toby Norton brings over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience to Agel, including owning and operating his own company. As one of the founding members of Agel, Toby has had a direct impact on Agel's success in many assignments. As VP of Events, Toby is currently responsible for the planning and operations of AgelWorld and all other corporate events worldwide.
Toby's wife and four "exciting and very energetic kids" are at the center of a life filled with sports, outdoor activities, and wild animals—he's as likely to be found at a Safari Club meeting as anywhere else.
